1. Account Registration

2. Software License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and install TK Tools software on devices you own
• Use the software for your personal or commercial projects
• Access features according to your subscription tier

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software except as permitted
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Share your account credentials or license keys
• Use our software to develop competing products

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly until cancelled
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through account settings; access continues until period end
• Refunds (Subscriptions): 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
• Refunds (Courses): 30-day money-back if less than 30% completed
• Refunds (Mentorship): Non-refundable within 24 hours; may be rescheduled with 24+ hours notice

4. Courses and Educational Content

Courses are licensed for your personal use only. You may not:

• Share course materials with others
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense course content
• Record or capture course videos
• Use materials to create competing educational content

5. Mentorship Services

• Sessions are scheduled through Cal.com
• Sessions may be recorded and provided for your reference
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or job placement
• Reschedule with at least 24 hours notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal purpose
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TK Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
